The historic Casa Edwards, one of the largest private properties in Los Cabos, was the first private residence built in the area and is now located within the ultra exclusive gated community of Bahía Rocas next to Villas Del Mar in Palmilla. Ideally located at the tip of the Baja California Peninsula, the estate is just two houses away from the world-famous One & Only Palmilla, one of the main hotels in Los Cabos, and a four-minute drive from the Jack Nicklaus Golf Course.

The 6,000-square-foot main house features a large living room with a 70-inch plasma television and a bar adjacent to the dining room that seats twelve or more. Four bedrooms surround the great room, and another and the main bedroom are adjacent to these, opening onto the fountain courtyard. There is also a bedroom and bathroom behind the kitchen that is suitable for staff. All guest bedrooms have unforgettable blue water ocean views and private en-suite bathrooms. A new addition below the pool and spa level features two additional bedrooms, an outdoor kitchen, a bar, and a dining area that adjoins a huge lawn that covers the brand-new 4,400-square-foot private gym.

Casa Edwards’ eight guest rooms face the sea and offer expansive views of the Sea of ​​Cortez through sliding doors that open to the outside. Fully equipped with all modern amenities, the comfortable rooms have handmade Mexican accents and high-quality linens.

Edwards House has full Internet access throughout the house, apple television in our palapa, master bedroom, living room and gym.
